2000 August 14: Search function is added to the index page. Search can be performed on the entire BigDaikon site (including discussion forums) or on internet with Google.

2000 August 1: The Archive of discussion posts now has a search function. View the entire archive at once (slow) or search the archive using keywords.

2000 July 31: Improved functionality of Search in discussion. Each forum has a search at the top of the page.

2000 July 10: We improved the search function in the discussion board. You can now search on any keyword in discussion. More improvements on discussion searches coming soon.

2000 July 05: We have a new navigation bar at the top of the screen which solves several browser issue problems. The look should be the same in either browser.

2000 June 26: We will be updating our links page, including a section for all JET homepages, and official JET sites. The chat page is being updated and improved. We will be adding more chat rooms due to the popularity of chat, which gets busiest during school hours on Japan time--shouldn't everyone be planning team lessons instead?!

The present temperature in Tokyo is now printed on a ticker on the home page. Click on the weather ticker to get a more detailed report of weather across Japan, or in other countries.

The BigDaikon Poll and results are up--vote and keep democracy alive!

Change Password is now functioning. You can change your password at the time you sign in, just click on the proper button and fill in the form. Remember, letters and numbers only, no special characters allowed.

Older posts are now archived. To read the archived messages go to the discussion and click on the link to Archived Messages.

Registration is required to leave a comment on the discussion board. To register, click on 'Post a Message' and you will be taken to the registration page. You can still read all the discussion comments without registering. When you register, you will receive a password by email. Your email will NOT be printed on your posts, unless you tell us to print it.

User names and Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.

We are accepting submissions for more JET Stories to post from all JETs.

Classifieds now must be submitted by e-mail and will be updated several times a month.

Greeting cards now have pre-selected backgrounds, text color and music to make sending cards quicker. But you can always change these choices if you have a creative urge!
